      On April 9th 2024 I signed up with this gym. I signed up solely based on their class times, mainly having later evening class times available due to my work schedule having no set out time. Before signing up I had a conversation with the owner where I emphasizes the reason I was looking for a new gym was because of my hours. I needed later availability. About 6 weeks into my membership, the gym altered their class times and eliminated the late classes for the summer due to poor attendance. Upon signing up you were given 30 days to cancel your membership no charge, and after being a member for roughly 6 weeks is when they eliminated the late classes. I reached out to the gym to cancel my membership based on the fact that I haven't been capable to make the class times I was sold on. I feel like this is absolutely false pretenses. I am being told I need to pay 30 percent of my remaining membership fees for 12 months to cancel. I haven't even been a member there for 2 months, class times and schedules were cancelled and altered almost instantly after signing up. I am looking to cancel my membership without having to pay a fee that is A:extremely pricy for something that I CANNOT utilize because of their false sale to me and B: due to a sale that I feel is false advertising and pretenses.I was sold on a business that did not hold up on their end.

      I signed up for a 4 week boot came with this business. Unfortunately 4 days into the program I could not continue due to illness. I called the company and to let them know and they told me I can get a refund if I submit a doctors note stating I can no longer participate do to illness. I submitted the letter, called, texted and email for 2 weeks to no avail. I finally went to the business to follow up and they told me they will not refund my money. The contract says submitting a doctors not is the only why to get refunded. They have not honored that. I keep calling asking to speak to the manager and they are uncooperative. I need help to resolve this issue.
