    Bought a vehicle from grand auto sales. The vehicle came with a 7 day warranty within 2 days I noticed them the ** condenser needed to be replaced and the power steering was leaking the kept my car for 3 days and gave it back saying everything was fixed. They only repaired the power steering. When I called back and said it was still leaking making it broken they said to send them pictures and never responded. The cars value would be way lower if they disclosed the condenser was leaking and they had added UV fluid so they knew before selling it. They also misrepresented the vehicle stating it runs on regular gasoline and it needs premium.

    i bought a car for this dealer. it is a *** soul 2014. after i received the car i found a check engine light on. so i contacted them and they spent two weeks fixing it. so i picked up the car again. after a couple of days the check engine light came on again. so i tried to contact them again and i explained my concern. they said we will see and let me know but they never contacted me back. so currently, the car has check engine light on and it is still in the warranty period. i just drove it few miles. they also charged me $95 title fee, but i paid the title fee one more time when i went to *** to register it. i think that is a fraud

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I called them they said we will see, but they never get back to me. I also left a complaint on their official website, they haven't respond. The only respond I got back, is on ****** map reviews. I am attaching their comment on ****** map and I disagree with most information that they said on it. They haven't communicate with me back yet

    We have spoken with Mr.***** *********** agreed to reverse the sale of 2014 Kia 
    Soul. When we tried to schedule this transaction
    he informed us that he was recording the phone
    call without permission. We would like to schedule a
    time when we could complete this business.
    We need him to schedule a time with us and 
     bring the car and the title.

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

    The reason that I can't accept this offer is: I need a compensation for my loss. I planned to use this car for business and it is registered under my business name. I need the business to cover my expenses that i paid on the car since I bought it from them including registration, title fee and commerical insurance.
