      I moved in to this property February 1, 2025 to an affordable 1 bedroom Apt. The unit appliances dirty. Bedroom Rug not properly cleaned. Dirty ********************* When pulling ******************** forward I found mice baits and droppings. Every floor corner had been stuffed with Brillo. The mice could be heard chewing on the shower plastic stall. Worst part and most disgusting part was seeing mice droppings near my feet while showering . At first I thought it was debris but no, it was droppings. Hosing the bottom side of shower more droppings kept coming out. It was like their go to place. An infestation. ******* shut was overflowing mices running on top. Pest control was called and for days the smell of dead mice overtook my unit especially the kitchen and laundry closet. As soon as you opened the front door you can smell it. They decide to let me swap to another unit in their other building. A studio unit as it was an affordable unit and I couldnt switch to a reg market rate unit. I asked management, as long as no one has died in the unit. Three days later she calls me and says. I believe someone passed away in this unit but not sure if there or at the hospital. Here or the hospital? They lived with someone? They were transported immediately after? Its what I thought. Management omitted what had really happened in this unit. It wasnt a death and transfer to a hospital like she said. The body wasnt discovered until over 2 or 3 weeks according to police report and decomposed body odor overtook the halls. According to the other tenants that live on this floor who complained about the awful smell. This is the unit I am currently in. I had smelled something weird but thought hey give it a good cleaning prior to finding out what really happened here. Ive had to keep my window slightly opened so I get breath fresh air in. Its in the vents!? Im freezing at night. Horrible! This has been by far the worst place Ive ever lived in.. 1, 2 units *Hazordous*

      WORST property management ever. They promote a "co-living" environment but dont care when your privacy and safety are compromised. I was forced to live with two strangers for months, and management just didn't care. They ignored my concerns and wouldnt even reply to emails unless I constantly followed up. They told me the way out was to pay a lease break penalty, while the unauthorized occupants continued living in my unit without consequence. Absolutely insane.

      Horrible management with zero communication. Applied and was accepted 3 months in advance of move in date and I had to follow up daily to receive my lease to sign. They didn't provide until 3 days before I was expected to move in, which caused me to have to delay my move and relocate my belongings into storage as I couldn't get confirmation that the unit would be ready and lease conditions acceptable until just days before. Unit issues occurred throughout our tenancy. AC stopped working in 90/100* weather and we could not contact anyone to help. Maintenance accidentally turned off our heat in very cold weather and it was difficult to get ahold of someone to help. Water leaking into our unit in various places causing walls to crack/crumble and paint to sag. Maintenance simply put plaster over it and left as it. Wasn't even sanded down or painted over and the actual issue was never fixed. Neighbors constantly smoking pot and filling up our entire unit making it extremely unpleasant and unsafe for my asthmatic daughter. Management was virtually impossible to contact and once they did respond their only solution was to send an email to tenants to remind of the no smoking policy. Our only option was to leave as soon as our lease ended. Contacted the office to ask how to notify that we would not be renewing our lease. They said information should have been sent to us to give 60 days notice of vacating, however that information was never sent and it was already beyond the 60 day notice period. After information was sent, again no response or acknowledgement that they have received the information. Would never recommend this place under it's current management.

      I rented an apartment at ********* Apartments in September 2022. They have a fee for parking, and this information was withheld from me, Im assuming on purpose to disguise the overall total rent. Instead of making things right, I now have to turn to my legal options. Beware!
