    At a time of loss and grief, a company that claims compassion left my family with a terrible experience. Sales agent, ******* ******, who processed our order for headstone/footstone was cheerful, incompetent, failing to meet deadlines, promising service and not delivering. Rarely answered messages. Incompetence lead to missing the date for the Unveiling, When I finally caught the agent on the phone, I firmly asked for updates, The agent did email me later in the day with some information, and signed her email ******* B**** She later said she had dictated the email to me while driving, and thus the error. Actually I think she called me a *****, and it was transcribed in error. I called the manager who has been making sure the order is filled and it has been completed. Unveiling is now scheduled for late October not August as planned. I sent a letter to company owner with my concerns - not so much as an email of apology. I recommend avoiding Newton Memorial Art, part of Quincy ************************
