      We pay *** disposal that goes by the name el ****** out of *********** ** 3 month ahead of services rendered. They are not consistently picking up our **************** on the day that is quoted. Almost every week they do not pick up our trash until 4 days later , only after numerous calls. Each time we call they state a truck breakdown and there are no trucks in our area. They are dismissive about our requests and tell us to then take our garbage to the town dump , even though we pay for a service . We are a family and need a dependable trash pick up for sanitary reasons. To us this is unacceptable. This is an ongoing problem . Thank you

      At EL ****** *********** we take all complaints by our valued customers very seriously.  We attempt to return as soon as possible for any missed collections for any reason but unfortunately we do not always have a vehicle in that service area everyday.  As with any business that is reliant of vehicles we do struggle with reliability but we strive to maintain our fleet to the best condition we possible can.  In this situation we did return on our next day in the service area and found the cart to be empty.  The driver will informed of the difficulty this customer is having with the ********************** and we will do everything in our power to correct the issue.  I would like to personally apologize and we will work our hardest to service all customers on the correct service day.

      I have been trying to contact the business to terminate my service. My sales rep is never available. I finally got her on the phone and she told me she will send me paperwork to fill out to terminate, which I have yet to receive. This has been going on for two months. In the mean time, we are being billed .

      I apologize you have had trouble closing the account. I see we received the cancellation request towards the end of August and the breach of contract letter was mailed in September as communicated. We are sorry if you did not receive the letter for whatever reason.  As of yesterday, you had spoken with the Sales Manager who agreed to close the account and have the equipment removed tomorrow, 10/6/22. Thank you.
