For in-store purchases all returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. For website orders, all returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of order. Returns must be accompanied with a receipt. All items returned without a receipt will be issued a store credit at items lowest price.
All in-store and online returns will be issued a store credit only. All products to be returned must be in original packaging and condition.
ALL FACE MASKS AND READING GLASSES ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you purchase an item that appears to be damaged, please take a photo of it immediately and email it to [email protected]. You will be given the option to receive a store credit or receive a replacement item if we have the item in stock. All sales items are final.
