    First Help Financial has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I called and spoke to several representives. There was only one rep who actually tried to help me. The others kept giving me the run around, telling me I needed to call back in ***** hours. No one would speak to me. I asked to speak to a manager, ***, she placed me on hold and then hung up on me. I called several time but somehow, she was either in a meeting or her systems were down and she refused to speak to me. I am filing a formal complaint with this company. They did not resolve my issue and would not help me. I will not be doing business with them as they could careless about their customers

    I owed First Help financial 171 dollars, and they ***ossessed my car. I called the same day to get the amount I needed to pay. The *** put her supervisor on the phone whom stated to me she can not give me any information until the ***ort was sent over by the ***o agency. She also stated that when it come in she will defer my September payment and i would have to pay the 171 for august and pay the tow fees. Call back friday morning the had the ***ort and told me that my total would be ****** and when paid vehicle would be released. I made the payment and signed the deferral form and everything was approved. The *** on the phone told me that she would send the release over to them within 15 minutes. As i rushed a hour away from home trying to catch the tow company she put her Manger on the phone who got on the phone saying that it was some confusion because I didnt tell them the car was ***ossessed already I told him that is a lie everybody i dealt with on the phone knew that and he would not release my car or honor what i was told because he blaming me for not telling them the car was in there care already. That aint my job and I was following what i was told so i felt he should have still honored that because someone he trusted to be a supervisor is giving out the wrong info so he say but if you get an offer from them run fast as you can. This company is designed to robbed people send you through a rabbit hole i promise if i do get the car back they will not get another payment from me cause im refinancing through another company.

    I am extremely disappointed with First Help Finance due to their handling of my car loan and repossession process. Despite making substantial payments, including $1,300 in March and $515 on May 21, my car was wrongfully towed. The assurances given to me that my vehicle was not on the repossession list proved false, leading to unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
    The customer service has been deeply unsatisfactory. I've endured excessive hold times, unfulfilled promises of callbacks from supervisors, and a complete lack of effective communication. On top of these issues, they have even claimed a 'system error' and asked for my bank statements again, which feels ********** and intrusive.
    This lack of communication and transparency is alarming, *** ***** ******** ***** **** * ***** There have been instances where items from my car went missing after repossession, adding to the impression of theft or mismanagement. This experience has pushed me to consider legal action due to the breach of our contractual agreement and the potential damage to my credit.

We assign accounts to repossession per our policy in a timeline approved by regulators and only charge past due amounts and incurred repossession costs as approved by regulators. We try to make this policy clear when calling past due customers twice a week during delinquency and when mailing a notice of repossession at least two weeks before repossession is assigned.

    Awful experience. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. This company purchased my car loan from Friendly Finance after we made payments to them every single month for over 4 years straight. We even had a payment set up with my previous company for 10.26.23, and since they failed to run the October payment and contact me about my loan being sold, by 11.15.23 this company had already repossessed my vehicle while failing to contact me and without my knowledge, by law they are supposed to notify me by mail and/or phone that the loan has been transferred. Once sold to the auction company, they failed to send them a personal property release so all of my tools and personal property that were in the vehicle were also taken from me. This is the worst finance company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. It was very difficult to get in touch with anyone by phone.

    First Help Financial, LLC (FHF) has reviewed the allegations of Ms. ******** complaint. FHF acquired Ms. ******** account from Friendly Finance in October 2023 and began servicing the account as of October 15, 2023. FHFs understanding is that Friendly Finance sent a notice to all clients in early October whose accounts were being sold to First Help Financial. As of October 15 the account was 13 days past due. FHF attempted to contact ****************** eleven times at the phone numbers on file with no contact or response from ******************. FHF also sent a Notice of Default to the address on file on October 24, 2023. To date no payments have been made on the account since FHF acquired the loan and began servicing the loan on October 15, 2023. On December 6, 2023 FHF spoke with **************** (other party on the loan) and provided the phone number for the auction where the vehicle was located so he could call to arrange to pick up his personal belongings. FHF would recommend that ****************** reach out to us at ************* regarding any questions related to this response and her account with **********************.

    This company bought my auto loan from the original company I contracted with. The original company had my APR added in my total price owed and all payments paid went 100 percent to my balance for the last four years. Once this company took over they took and only submitted a portion to the principal and kept interest so in **** sights stealing from me and making me me pay more than what what is owed. When asked why are they doing this and I explained to them that they was wrong they kept repeating their self like they was right. I have no contract with this new company and they have no right to add or change my agreement that I have with the original company. When I asked for the account information that they have they refused to give it to me saying you have that information. This company is scam artist and unprofessional i have my original contract which proves they are stealing my money.

    This company bought my car loan, without me knowing. I have since set up automatic payments with my debt card with them and now every month I get a certified letter telling me they are going to repossess my car even though they have me set up on auto payments with these people. I have called numerous times and I can never get anyone on the phone. Be careful of these people they will take your stuff even if you are paying for it.
