              I ordered a blouse on line based on the photo. The blouse I received did not look like the product photo. The colors of the blouse were much paler than the photo on the website and the fabric was stiff and dull, not shimmery or relaxed. I was told this was a final sale. I was not aware as the sale price was in red but the "final sale" verbiage was in black. Regardless, I did not receive the product that was pictured and should receive a refund.Thank you.****

              I placed two orders from Nic + **** returned all but one item, received an email that they got my return, were processing my refund, and that I could expect it in **** business days. **** days came and went and nothing. I called them during business hours, emailed them, tried the chat function, also during business hours... and still nothing. No reply whatsoever. I paid with PayPal, so eventually I asked PayPal to get involved, sent them all the emails as proof... and thankfully PayPal handled it for me. But what a pain!!! Last time I shop from Nic + ****
