- The business states that their refund policy is as follows: All Original System purchases come with (Hardware) 1 year parts and labor support 7 Day return policy for all system purchase subject to 30% restocking fee. No returns on system purchase after 7 days merchandise purchases subject to 30% restocking fee. ) Hcrsales reserve the right to reject any merchandize returns if product is found to be in unresolvable condition. Any Hardware purchases that are found defective are the customer’s responsibility to contact the original manufacturer for warranty coverage policy. All prices are subject to change without notice and we’re not responsible for typographical errors. Repair Service Legal Rights: Any property left with Hensley Computer Service unclaimed for 60 days, will be disposed. At which time, Hcrsales shall have no liability to the client or any third party.30 days warranty on equipment that Hcrsales has repaired. Hcrsales Computer Service makes no warranty on data, express or implied, and Hcrsales disclaims any data warranty of any kind. Limited Liability Hensley Computer Service shall not be liable for any claims regarding the physical functioning of equipment/media or the condition or existence of data on storage media supplied before, during or after service. In no event will Hensley Computer Service be liable for any damage to the computer & laptop, loss of data, loss of revenue or profits, or any special, incidental, contingent, or consequential damages, however caused, before, during or after service even if Hensley Computer Service has been advised of the possibility of damages or loss to persons or property. Hensley Computer Service's liability of any kind with respect to the services, including any negligence on its part, shall be limited to the contract price for the services. The client and Hensley Computer Service agree that the sole and exclusive remedy for unsatisfactory work or data shall be, at Hensley Computer Service's option, additional attempts by Hensley Computers to recover satisfactory data or refund of the amount paid by the client exclude evaluation costs. The parties acknowledge that the price of Hensley Computer Service's services would be much greater if Hensley Computer Service undertook more extensive liability. The client is aware of the inherent risks of injury and property damage involved in computer & laptop repair, including without limitation, risks due to destruction or damage to the machine, media, or data and inability to repair the machine or recover data, including those that may result from the negligence of Hensley Computer Service, and assumes any and all known risks of injury and property damage that may results. Any software Installation are based on a one time service, therefore Hensley Computer Service will charge technical support fee of any third party software. No support is given for Windows Installation. Further troubleshooting and support fees apply Special Orders: Hensley Computer Service will not be reliable on orders placed that are deemed Special Orders and therefore no credit or refund will be given regardless of conditions.
