            On 9/22/23 Davis plumbing &Heating came out to my home. A brand new faucet was installed. I paid $332.91 and $475.00 for 2.5 labor cost. The bill was paid in full. The receipt was sent to my email.On 9/25/2023 I called Davis plumbing & Heating as the brand new faucet installed by their technician was not working. The water pressure for the hot water was non existent and the hot water was not working. They sent out the same technician ****** who completed the initial work. The woman I spoke with never mentioned that I would be billed as the job was not done correctly the first time.****** spent 7 minutes at my home and replaced the spout and left. On 9/26/2023 I get an invoice for $ ****** for labor cost for having their technician come out to my home.I called Davis Plumbing ************. I informed **** who I spoke with that I am not paying $****** for labor cost as ****** was at my home for 7 minutes and furthermore their technician did not do the work properly the first time.Thank you

            Came out. Diagnosed a problem. I paid the  190.00. came back to fix the problem. Did something else. Forgot to reconnect my washer hoses. Flooded my home. Took over six calls to get someone back to correct their mistake. Property in my home damaged and they didn't care. Poor poor customer service. Would never hire them and consumers should look elsewhere.
