5 starsWhen things started to heat up this spring, I realized that the ** for the largest zone in my house wasn't working. I was worried that it could take weeks or even months to order replacement equipment and schedule the installation. I called KBS&S because they had been responsive on smaller jobs for me in the past. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they could have the new equipment installed in just a few days. Everything went smoothly from quote to install, and the new system is working great!Kermit B. Schulz & Sons, Inc.

5 starsI've used Kermit ******* many times in the past. Their communication and work has always been very good. I recently had them replaced my gas furnace and they did an excellent job. 5 stars************ had them come down to service my oil fired furnace because it was running poorly. They worked on it for 3 hours and still was not able to get it running right. The technician tried to blame it on my draft to the chimney and left. I researched it on line and found out it was probably a bad nozzle. Had the technician come back and change the nozzle and the furnace ran fine . He was only here for another ***** minutes. Called *** Schulz and told him about the wasted 3 hours the technician wasted on the initial visit not diagnosing the problem earlier. *** was very courteous and waved all charges! They have fixed my air conditioner and installed my daughters and father-in-laws furnaces and did a great job on all. I will not hesitate to call them again if I ever need further services.Kermit B. 5 starsTrust worthy. On time. I was in need of a new HVAC system. They visited my house, provided options, and was patient with me. The owner was involved and helpful. The installation team was professional and polite. All the work was complete in one day. They left the place clean. I have used ******* for 20 years. They have never let me down.Kermit B. 5 starsExcellent service. I have used them for HVAC maintenance/repairs for a few years now - they respond immediately and repairs are well done. Recently had my 26 year old HVAC system replaced by them. Great advice, professional installation, done in one day. Install crew were very professional. These guys are great.Kermit B.
