    Like other reviews about this company, I too, have been constantly contacted by letter and phone for over 6 months. No matter what I tell them, I still get the call and letters. I send them a letter and enclosed proof from the provider that shows I owe no balance on my account. I have asked them to stop contacting me. I will wait and see if they contact me again. I'll be back with another review if I do not get a resolution to this. Either they have horrible bookkeeping or its a scam company.

    We understand, no one likes or wishes to be sent to collection.  Please keep in mind, we work for the original creditor. We did not purchase the debt and did not ask for your account to be placed with us.  Our associate has attempted to work and communicate with you. You told our associate you made a recent payment.  Our associate followed up with the original creditor's billing company and was told that no payment was received. He has been trying to reach you to further communicate what he was told.  If you want to resolve the matter, you need to take responsibility and communicate with our office. We have been in business for over 27 years.  We have a solid rating with the BBB for a reason, we are a reputable company that does its best to resolve the accounts that are placed with us. Consumers that take ownership and work with our agency toward the common goal of resolving the outstanding balance, have no issues with our company.

    Poor communication though I dont know how much is intentional. I have some suspicions the company will write what they want in their notes to support their claim.
