5 stars***** and his crew did a fantastic job with my roof replacement project. They worked in triple digit temperatures and finished on time. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. I would highly recommend Beantown Home Improvements for anyone looking to have a stress free roof replacement. I chose to add a vented drip edge on ******* recommendation to help with cooling my attic space. It went from unbearably hot up there to comfortable, probably a 40 degree swing on a hot day!Beantown Home Improvements, Inc.

5 starsBeantown said my job would be done in 1 day. That was important because the next day was going to be a washout. ***** said he was putting on extra crew and not to worry. They were on site at 7am, had my old roof stripped in a couple hours and had the new roof on by 3:30. ***** kept me appraised of each portion of the job. They cleaned up my home very professionally. Lots of shrubs and greenery around my house and no damage done. Very pleased with the work done. Would recommend Beantown to anyone needing a new roof.Beantown Home Improvements, Inc.

5 starsOur ancient plexiglass skylight had developed several cracks which got worse just as winter set in. We were referred to Beantown Home Improvement by a trusted friend who has used them extensively. We decided to have them do our job based on our friends recommendation, their BBB rating and the way they conducted our initial consultation and follow-up conversations. They scheduled and completed our job in a timely manner so we could take advantage of a tax credit, which helped us financially. They even processed the warranty and tax credit paperwork for us! In every interaction, they were friendly, competent, thorough, knowledgeable, respectful and dependable.Beantown Home Improvements, Inc.

5 starsWe had all of our trim (all of it!) replaced, as well as some rotted clapboards, and gutters, by Beantown. Our project manager was extremely informative and open to all questions and concerns. We had some back and forth just to hammer out every detail and he was patient and had everything in writing on our price quote -- which was very competitive and we were very happy with the cost. A huge crew descended upon our house and in just two very, very productive days, had finished the job! As promised, our front, back and side yards were left clean of any and all debris and the dumpster was removed promptly after the job was finished. 5 starsOur experience has been excellent. Weve had a number of contractors performing various work and *** and his team stood out. The quote process was easy, no pressure sales tactics. Then the project start, they were very detail oriented, even willing to rip off installed siding to use a corner molding requested. This was not met with anger, but a willingness to do the right thing for the customer. Their workers were diligent, professional, friendly, and man did they work hard. However, they were NOT willing to sacrifice quality to speed the construction. We had a lot of rainy days and they refused to caulk when the surface was wet and wouldnt adhere. They cleaned up every day very thoroughly, and my yard was raked and spotless post service. I would highly recommend *** and his team. 5 stars*** and ***** excelled in communication, craftsmanship, and cleanup, with the communication being what stood out the most. This was a gift from Operation Payback, a raffle for veterans held on Veterans Day. I love the finished productit feels like I have a whole new house, even though only my roof, gutters, and fascia were replaced. Every year, a lucky veteran is chosen for a free roof, and this program is a fantastic way to honor veterans. I'm incredibly grateful to have been selected and couldn't be more pleased with the result. I highly recommend Beantown ******************** to anyone who will listen.Beantown Home Improvements, Inc.
