    Purchased 2 batteries for my Segway in mid-November, 2023. Purchase price $2000.00 included a 1 year warranty. First battery lost significant power within 6 months and died completely within 8 months. Second battery then went dead 2 months later, both within warranty period. At initial contact to begin warranty process seller asked if I would test voltage of battery which I did and then attempted to contact him with that information. No response to multiple calls, emails and texts. Seller has ignored any attempts to contact him and has ghosted me as a customer and as such has indicated bad faith at resolving the warranty issue. He either owes a refund of the original purchase price or replace the defective batteries under his written warranty.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. The company, Segway Solutions *** has completely ignored multiple attempts at contact via telephone, text and email. Product is still under warranty as per their written policy at time of purchase. Currently product (Segway batteries) are not usable and have completely failed.

    Battery warranty

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have been trying to contact them since 12-6-2023. The $800 battery is warranty for a year. 01-13-2024 is the deadline. Thank you
