            This company installed a water heater in my home a little over a year ago, which recently stopped working and is covered under warranty. Their technician came to my home and replaced several parts, which I believe was about a hour or less. The technician told me I was all set and should have hot water in about 30 minutes. I kept checking but after about 3 hours there was still no hot water and it became apparent the tank was still not working. I called them back and they told me they did all they could and would not come back. I was forced to hire a 3rd party who discovered that the power wire was disconnected in the top of the tank, something the K&P technician mentioned and told me he fixed. Even though K&P failed to get my water tank working, and may have replaced parts that were okay, they sent me a labor **** for $390.00, invoice #*****. I feel this is wrong and that I am being overcharged. Their repairs did not get my tank working, and they refused to come back and make it right.
