Refund and Exchange Policy
The business states: "Any purchased product may be returned for a period of 7 days after the purchase date for a merchandise credit only. No cash or credit refunds. Credit for returned merchandise may be applied to any other merchandise in the store. Only undamaged, unaltered items will be accepted for returns.  Merchandise that is not in an acceptable condition to be resold will not be accepted for return. All Pre-Orders and Special Orders are non-returnable. However, books, magazines, and cd's are non-returnable per copyright law. Pre-Order and Special Order instruments must be prepaid in full.  Once an instrument Pre-Order or Special Order is placed it is non-cancelable. All Used And Consignment Guitars are sold in an "as is" condition, and all used and consignment sales are final.  We ship all instruments insured for the full purchase price, and accept no responsibility for any damage that may occur during shipping and all claims are handled by the freight carrier.Every effort will be made to please every customer within reason. However if you are shipping the instrument back for exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.We do ship overseas, out of the country and state by state however any shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser."
