    I have been paying 175 every three months since 2021. They have not fixed the issue and the last email Received crossed the line and i feel like they are taking advantage of me. Their email below. What is said below has never been said before and this company has charged me and has been working on my house. This is a complete dereliction of duty.

    Hi,

    We have indeed responded to all of this customers requests and have promptly responded when needed. He has been paying for a residential quarterly service which have been performed. There is a warranty for in between services as well. We have responded in between services at each of his requests within 5-7 days sometimes within 1-3 days. There have been different pest issues which occurred over the period of the contracted service. There has been active wasps nests-resolved, Ant issues which were resolved as well. There were initially no issues with mice but a spike in activity has occured in the recent year. We have returned each time to address all issues that occurred and **** was very happy with us gave our technicians 5 star reviews after each visit. It was explained in detail to **** and **** also acknowledged that he has created the prolonged issues to continue at his home due to competitive food sources/poor sanitation (pictures above) that cause aversion to our equipment in place. Mice will not go into our traps and bait stations if other easily available food sources are not sealed off. **** agreed that he would rectify the continued conducive conditions that are his responsibility. At this point, we wish to terminate the agreement as we have gone above and beyond to help remediate the issues and with little to no cooperation from the client we are not able to help any longer.

    They are sending pics from my kitchen from right after i cooked. which has been cleaned every day. when i asked them to go to bedrooms upstairs they have not yet serviced they refused. The owners are theifs.   They need to refund me my 175 or complete the service requested under their service contract  this is robbery. And not the first time this company has been accused of this. Regards
