- There are absolutely no refunds on parts which we do not stock. If such a refund or return were to occur we do charge a 40% restocking fee. Any part which has been opened or installed will not be refundable or returnable whether it is by you or us. Sometimes we need to install parts to get past one defect or repair in order to get to the main issue. Often times your equipment can have more than one issue you may not be aware of. If you opt to discontinue your service after we have begun the repair you are still liable for the labor and any parts which have been used thus far.
