    So I ordered a transmission from ready to start auto parts which dealing with there sales man *** was a decient experience. How ever there customer service department was I was not pleased with at all. They were a complete headache and very rude. 1 man even hung up on me. Then I received my transmission last Friday 5/10/2024 and am currently waiting for my mechanic to finish installing for me. Then a few minutes ago I received a call from a customer service representative at ********************** to ********************** auto that insisted on texting me a link to rate them 5 stars and include his name in my review. Being put on the spot I filled up a review thank you sent me another text with a Better Business girl link to review the company on and stated that several people were giving them negative remarks on the Better Business Bureau saying that they were a fraud company once he sent me the link he tried to get me to rate them five stars again mention his name and confirm that I did the review on the Better Business Bureau website so that he can see it once it was complete at that point I hung up on him I've received several text messages since I hung up telling me to let him know once I've completed it and so on and so forth keep in mind customer service experience was awful and I haven't even had the opportunity to say whether the transmission was even good or not means it's being installed in my vehicle currently this makes me wonder if it's even going to be a good transmission or not can't cook this morning reviewing five stars including someone saying that they've never even spoken to before that's wrong be careful and do your homework something's not right now that I received this call it's making me wonder if I've made the wrong decision

    This is an excellent company that delivers on its promises.I dealt with *** one of the agents and he was the most helpful sales person I ever spoke to.He provided the most updated information concerning my order.The item was delivered earlier than expected and I loved it.Very satisfied customer and will buy always again from him
