    I ordered an engine for a **** **** Focus on August 8, 2023 and paid ****, using my debit card. I waited 2 weeks and on August 3, I received a call from the company telling me that they no longer had the engine. They told me that they would e-mail me to say yes on a form, in order for me to get my refund, minus an $80.00 order processing fee. They never sent the engine, so what did they process or handle? I never thought that trying to order a car part would cause me problems. These are con-artists. Who is allowing them to scheme to rip people off. Why do they have a website to do this? Who is getting a cut of this money?

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENNCE EVER. THY SOLD.ME AN ENGINE THAT DOES NOT WORK....THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $500 TO SEND THE ENGINE BACK....THEY ARE A COMPLETE.SCAM! IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD

    I was a little optimistic at first, worried lol. But when my VW engine arrived at the shop, it all change!! These guys were great. Very knowledgeable about products, very professional, great service and great customer service. If you need it RTS will get it to you. And by the way, great prices.     The worst shopping experience of my life. Scam. Do not buy anything from this company. I purchased an engine from them. I paid over $1000 to have it installed and it didn't work. Every time I called for a shipping label the company wanted something else from me. I opened a dispute with my bank but the only way to get my money back was for me to pay to ship the item back. The guy at the company even said that his manager tested the engine himself. Come to find out that the engine was shipped from ************** and they're based in MA. Liars. Scammers. Run from them.
