    My experience with Ready To Start Auto was amazing. The staff always called to inform me on ever aspect of the transaction. Always very professional and polite. The called to make sure that I received the transmission I ordered. I am so grateful to Ready To Start Auto and the representative Rio for the many phone calls to keep me in the loop of what was going on during this whole process. ??

    I purchased a Cadillac transmission from RTS Auto Parts. I have been extremely satisfied with the customer service that was provided by ***. He kept me informed every step of the way. Confirmed with VIN number that the product was precise fit for my vehicle. I was notified when the product was shipped . Also notified when the installer received the product. Product arrived at the time as specified and was an excellent condition. I've been very satisfied with the service I received from their customer service department.
