    Ordered Gemini pronto brand letters and received quality image brand letters instead which are made in ****** **********. Big big difference. Basically a BAIT AND SWITCH deal. Paid premium price for a premium brand Gemini Pronto letters and received a cheap sub-par brand. Gemini brand are know for their molded letter panels excellent quality. What I received was simply cut plastic panels. Was not what was shown on the website. They show Gemini letters and show you the letter count of each letter you will get in each set but thats not what you get. They also do not reply to your emails. Very very disappointed and dissatisfied with this false advertising. My PayPal email clearly shows I ordered and PAID FOR the Pronto letters. In my opinion this is fraud. Wondering how much of the $626 dollars they were able to pocket by sending me a knock off brand? Costly ****** learned.
