            Do not buy from this service! I give one star bc I was unable to leave zero. Just the way star rating works I guess. Heart to Home sent us beyond BEST BY or EXPIRED meals. No crackers with soup, and soup was TASTELESS! HEART TO HOME customer service BLAMED all problems on THEIR warehouse ppl. Throwing ppl under the bus and taking no 1st line responsibility....... REALLY GLAD I DON'T WORK FOR Heart to Home! And we won't be eating their meals either.Serve the ppl DON'T MAKE EXCUSES!

            Im sorry that you were unhappy with your service. Heart to Home Meals does stand by our Satisfaction Guarantee and were always happy to provide a refund or meal replacement to our customers when our service does not meet expectation. To provide some further insight about our meals, all of our meals are made and then immediately frozen, which is why you will notice a Best Before date indicated on each label rather than an expiration date. Best Before dates indicate when a product will be of the best flavor and quality, but the meals remain safe to eat well past that date. With that said, it is not our practice to sell meals to customers after the Best Before dates have passed, and we apologize for that. Forgetting the soup crackers was also an error on our behalf, and again we apologize for the inconvenience. We are happy to provide a refund and to help rectify this situation. We would also love to hear the full details of your experience so that we can continue to improve our service.
