            The business charged us for multiple items that were not ordered with the intention to increase the size of the **** and when disputed refused to refund for the items.Our dinner service for a group event of 10 adults and 5 kids started at 4:30 when the business opened with the intention we would get served first and not be subject to a backup in the kitchen as the event was on a Saturday.The waitstaff did not serve us and we had to connect with the owner multiple time to complain about the lack of service to our group. From the time we entered and left it was 4 hours! It took roughly 45 minutes to one hour between each course and when the dessert came out on a prefix menu most of our group had left.
