    Made a purchase for a barbel and bumper plate bundle. I received confirmation for the barbell and tracking information. The barbell was delivered. The bumper plate was not delivered and no tracking information was provided. I made endless attempts to the customer service team at ************************** and the only response Im getting is to return the item for a full refund. *** informed them that the item is not missing, and it was not shipped. They wanted picture proof to show the barbell. As stated earlier *** confirmed that I received the barbell. I just want them to ship the remainder of my items.

    I placed an order on November 28. Since then I have yet to receive any type of information AT ALL about my order. I have emailed them numerous times and they DO NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER. The number listed does not belong to them. Today is 12/10/23 and the order still says unfulfilled.

    Absolute garbage. First thing they sent me was damaged from factory. Still havent received the second part of this shipment. They tried to make good on it by sending me a replacement wich is also garbage. The molding wasnt done right. Ive had to get the metal machined down just to try to make things work and it still doesnt even line up. Worst expeirence ever. Complete scam company that just keepa ripping people off and not giving a s***

    I purchased an in stock item online and have not received shipping notification. I have reached out to the company twice and have been told that they dont know why it hasnt shipped and theyll message their shipping department. Yet here we are, still hasnt shipped. Order was confirmed on 2/10/23. Order TBW #*****.

    Order for four (4) *********************** was placed on 7/24/22. The website shows fulfillment begins on 7/24, and then no further movement.I contacted the company through their own form, and received a reply 8/1 stating that they're checking my inquiry. Also on 8/1 I receive an email saying that the Kettlebells are in transit between warehouses.On 8/22 I ask again when the order will arrive.On 8/22 I receive notification that their warehouse does not have the capacity to fulfill my order on time. (The 22nd already being two weeks after the order was supposed to arrive). The email states that the delivery will be done 4-5 weeks from the 22nd of August. On 8/23 I receive an email stating that it will be three weeks from the 23rd.On 8/24 I receive an email saying that they have no stock.On 9/21 I receive an email apologizing for their lack of stock due to a "former warehouse partner".On 9/22 I receive an email advertising "IT'S THORSDAY" inviting me to buy more of the same item that they apparently don't have in stock. or are unwilling to send to those who have already paid for it.On 9/22 I asked about the order again.On 9/23 I received another useless apology.On 9/24 More advertising for the same product.On 10/25 (More than three (3) months after placing the order I asked about the order again.On 10/26 I received a reply that they are have stock and warehouse issues, and that it could take another three (3) weeks to resolve.Clearly they have no intention of fulfilling this order without outside pressure.

    I found an advertisement for a piece of gym equipment. It was advertized as a blemish/discount item at a reduced price. I processed the purchase and waited...then waited...and waited. I reached out to customer service only to receive the run around. The customer service representative assured me there was a warehouse issue, it was being resolved, and once the inventory was moved to a new warehouse, it would ship. I then received an email stating they were processing several orders ahead of mine, and they would notify me when stock was available. I received several 'sorry' discount emails, and still no equipment. I continued back and forth over the last five months, and still nothing. Eventually Tribe WOD stopped communication, and I have yet to receive any equipment. This company is a flat out scam.

    I ordered a Thor Hammer 25lb from this company on July 24th of 2022 it is currently September 16 2022. I have emailed this company many times asking where my purchase was in the shipping process. I was informed that the invoice had moved warehouse multiple times and they did not know when they would ship the item. I do not want a refund I just want the item. Tribe-WOD still does not have an estimated ship date. This is a very bad business to sell something and not deliver it.

    I saw an add for a scratch and dent kettlebell purchase and went online to make the purchase. The site states 1-3 days to ship the product but up to 5-7 days to ship. I have been waiting a month and still do not have the product. The company offered me a discount of for my purchase so as a way to get the product faster, I asked if I could use the discounts they gave me to upgrade to a standard, new item and they said yes, except they would not allow me to calculate the discount based off of the new product price but only off of the scratch and dent product price. If I could use the discounts that they gave me (that I did not solicit from them) off of the new item and using the new items cost as a basis for the discount, then I would be able to afford their product. If I dont agree to use what discounts they have offered on a new product but based off of the price of scratch and dent item then I would not be able to make the change and would have to wait an additional month to get the item I originally purchased a month ago. Waiting two months for something that was supposed to take a week is ridiculous, especially when I offered to pay more money for a new item and they would not honor their own discount to do so. This company routinely offers discounts on their items up to 40% off but would not allow me to use the discount they provided and apply it to this product and use the new cost as the basis for the discount. This is fraudulent and deceptive!!! All I wanted was to get what I paid for OR upgrade and pay more for a similar item AND get that item in a timely fashion. If needed, I have all of the email communications to corroborate
