    I went on the company website and ordered (2) swim suits on 5/6/25, on 5/15/25 it was noted that the order was ready. As of 5/31/25 the tracking states that the order information has been sent but it has not shipped. I sent an e-mail to customer service asking about shipment on 6/14/25 and was given the tracking number and link to the website to track again which states the same. On 6/28/25 I reached out to customer service again asking for a refund and to cancel my order but received a response 6 hours latet stating, "We apologize for the delay in your order. We understand that you'd like to cancel your order and get a refund. However, your order has been shipped, and we sent you an e-mail confirmation with the tracking number. " The same link and tracking number are provided which gives me the same info as noted above. This is beyond ridiculous and I am disputing with ****** whom I made the payment throught. The online reviews now are all the same and this needs to be shutdown.

    I purchased a swimsuit for ***** from Vevri on May 8th. Still haven't received it as of today. June 16th. The website does not provide a phone number, only email address. I emailed them and demanded a refund. No reply. I am afraid that I may have been scammed.

    On May 6, 2025, I placed an order with Vevri for a bathing suit/dress combo. While my payment was accepted and the order was confirmed, the product has never shipped. The order has remained in a getting ready status on their website since the day I placed it, with no updates or tracking information provided.I have made at least six attempts to contact Vevris customer service via email, and while some of my messages were ignored, others received vague replies claiming the product had already shipped. However, no tracking number or proof of shipment has ever been provided, and the order status remains unchanged.Despite my good-faith efforts to communicate and resolve the issue, Vevri has refused to issue a refund and has failed to deliver the product. Its worth noting that the business is located approximately 15 minutes from my residence, making their lack of responsiveness especially unacceptable.

WebsiTE SAYs two day *********** emails nothing and I have reached out to company using instrumental in schools opening. Also if you ****** address of business online you come up with what looks like an abandoned how.]

    Ordered items from them over a month ago. No delivery. No response to emails which is the only way listed on their website. The website shows items fulfilled over a month ago but not shipped. No tracking number. I believe this business to be a scam.

    I placed an order with them on April 12 of this year. I received a confirmation email for my order but then nothing. It never shipped and the order status is the same as it was on 4.12. I have emailed the company twice to inquire and ultimately asked them to cancel the order but have never received a response. Id like a full refund and to cancel the order.
