  Very satisfied with the entire job. Very professional and the job was done in a timely manner. Very happy with the results. Only had 4 windows done but will definitely use Kubala again when I am ready to have more windows installed.

  The service we received, from presentation to install, was flawless. We were kept in the loop at all stages and staff were always friendly, down to earth, and honest about expectations. Though the cost was higher than we expected, we were offered options to make it a doable arrangement, and are convinced of the quality and value we received far above our previous offerings from other providers. We were most pleased to have our 4 faulty windows replaced within a few hours of arrival with no mess inside or outside. The difference in the appearance of our home was dramatically improved, and we look forward to the savings for our heating the rest of the season. We are very satisfied and so glad to have found them, because it can be confusing to know what company can be trusted

  Everyone is great at Kubala from reception, sales, and service installation. The product is higher quality and this is my second time having different windows installed. I will call in future for my remaining 3!

  This is the third time we have used Kubala Home Improvement. We just had additional windows replaced.
  We keep bringing them back because they do it right. The quality of the windows is excellent and the installers are amazing. Shout out to Todd and Brian, the installers.
  From the moment you place your order, the communication is excellent. They kept us informed every step of the process. They are punctual and conscientious that they are in somebody’s home. it was cleaner when they finished then it was when they arrived. Very satisfied!

  We had such amazing service with Kubala. From designing our windows to the updates and then the the installation, everything was so awesome. The team that installed our windows were so respectful and did such a great job.

  Making a substantial upgrade investment in your home requires a lot of work, even before the renovation begins. My wife and I wanted to replace our homes failing, outdated windows for years and we finally decided to move forward with such a daunting project. Our old windows were drafty, some could barely be opened, and our energy bills were ridiculous. I spent weeks researching well-known national installers down to local companies was then that I came across Kubala Home Improvement. As I explored their website, I was impressed by their awards and testimonials. I dug a little deeper and could not find a single review on any business review website in which they did not receive five-stars. I called and set up an appointment with a sales representative (this was the first of many companies with which we were scheduled to meet). My wife and I met with Ben ******* at our home, and it quickly became obvious that our windows were much worse off than we thought (they were at least 40 years old and had no R-Value). Ben is very affable, and he carefully explained how Kubalas windows are constructed (in the U.S., a huge plus) and every aspect of the replacement process. It quickly became obvious Ben knows his stuff and he was gracious in answering all our questions (there's a lot of information to process). We signed a contract to replace all 15 windows on the spot, without hesitation, and canceled the rest of our appointments. Six weeks later, Serge and his team completed the installation in a single day. We appreciated the fact that the installers are Kubala employees, not sub-contractors. That made us even more comfortable in our decision. From meeting Ben, to watching Serge and his crew, to talking with Office Administrator Melissa *******, everyone at Kubala was fantastic to work with. I can see why they're so highly rated and I absolutely would recommend them to anyone.

  Pricing and financing were easy. Install was quick and efficient and everyone involved was just top notch! Wish more companies were like them. We love our windows and the service!

  We had an excellent experience working with everyone from Kubala. Our initial contact was with Jon, Kubala salesperson. He was very thorough in describing their products and the installation process. Melissa and Joe at their office were always helpful and quickly responded to any questions we had. The installation team was very respectful of our property. They were very efficient in the installation process. We would highly recommend Kubala Windows and Doors.

  FANTASTIC ! I had 14 old style windows replaced with KABALA' s excellent quality windows. From the salesman (Ben) great presentation, to the hard working and excellent installation crew (Todd and Brian). I am more than pleased with the whole process. I would highly recommend KUBALA HOME IMPROVEMENT for all your future customers. Believe me you won't be disappointed.
