    I purchased their product after reading through all the documentation they provide. After using the product for a few months the skins for the trackers started tearing. When I initially contacted them because I had trouble with fit on the brush handle and they state their tracker skins fit on electric toothbrushes (mine is one they recognize) and that the skins are very stretchy and "not to worry " and to put it on the handle base. We use one handle and each child has a brush head (the skin loops are too big in every way to go on a brush head) Each child puts their tracker on and off for brushing. My kids are 9 and 10 yrs old, they can do this. I contacted support, they sent me one skin. when the other start tearing more i emailed again. I emailed a few times and no one acknowledged. I went on chat today and they told me their product is not designed for how we use it, with one base and multiple heads, but i can see that no where in writing! they refuse to support me further and pulled the chat (it literally disappeared from the page) before I could copy the conversation! I pay a monthly fee for the service! They told me to buy each kid their own electric toothbrush! I can't afford that and that is not the solution here! They are telling me this is not covered under their warranty to replace the skins for tearing by using them how they instruct in their documentation and how their customer support also told me to do it! Until they redesign I want replacement skins as I need them. I am sure I am not the only one. My scenario is not out of the ordinary. A redesign is definitely in order.
