Shady business being done at this place, my fiance decided to come in to get his back brakes done and a oil change. They quoted him $641 to replace his right back passenger side rotor, caliper, and both back brakes. After he paid hours later he realized his oil sticker was never replaced nor was his oil percentage reset. He checked his oil to find out there was no oil in his car. When he calls *********************** the shop manager tells him there was some miscommunication with the technician yesterday to come in and theyll change the oil. After he goes in, he realizes only one side of his back brakes was replaced and worked on. He told me hed just find a new mechanic from now on and wont use Towne Line. I told him to leave a negative ****** review but said hed rather just stop doing business with them. I dont think what they did to him was fair nor were they transparent about only working on one brake pad after telling him theyd do his back brakes as a set. I will continue to speak to others in the community about what they did to him, and lets see how much more business they receive after this. We will be reaching out to the ****** Sun and BBB.
