      I got my hair done in which it was not done with baby hairs as well as being treated horribly the young lady found my hair was very cold with me treated me like I did not belong she was mishandling my hair being very nasty yanking the fake hair dropping it destroying it way before applying to my own hair then she proceeded to yank my hair and the fake hair yanking my neck back and pulling my scalp y causing it to be extremely sore to touch I kept saying it hurts in which she kept giggling and kept dropping my hair and yanking on it and the pond my hair out I bought because she also destroyed the curly hair I brought in then she finish my hair with mismatch hair because she said I didnt have enough because she ruined it mishandling me and my hair they deleted my review and told me no refund until I show proof the young lady took a picture of my hair and I posted pictures that I no long have the braids on she still said no honey your review is not enough but you can come in so we can do your hair again I am so traumatized. I have gotten my hair done so many times before I have I have never been treated the way I have she made me suffer for 5 hours yanking pulling my hair making me feel uncomfortable causing me pain and when I complain she treated me as if I was a inconvenience for wanting to get up and stretch I was very generous and gave her a $60 tip on top of the ******************************************************************************************************************** and the owner I refuse to go somewhere that made me feel scared to be in to talk to move I kept trying seek conversation with the young lady doing my hair she kept acting as if she didnt understand me while listening music talking other on her head phones when another black woman came in she was very talkative and smiling with her but since Im Hispanic she treated me as if I was insulting her by wanting get my hair done I feel humiliated that I had to pair my pictures just for a refund in which she still didnt give but offered it then try convince me to go back for free which I told her its not free because I paid for the service they gave me bad service

      Thank you for letting us know your opinion on the business. Its true we braided this lady. She called me on a Thursday saying that she wants to braid on Sunday, but I told her that our establishment is closed every Sunday. she insisted on braiding it because she is in need. I asked my work colleague if she can do the service for her, she said yes. We agreed on everything and I gave her Sunday at 10am. She wrote to me Sunday morning around 8:52 minutes to come earlier than planned and I told her that 10am is the perfect time. At 10am my colleague started this head, she was watching the music on the *** he had no problem. later her husband brought his 4 children back to the studio (110 square feet) I had no problem with that. she communicated more with her children by telling them to do their homework. usually the service she chose varies between 5 to 6 hours of time. we started at 10am and finished around 4:30pm. At the end of the service, she was jovial asking her husband how he found her. she paid $300 and $60 tip. with us we do not force any customer to give us tips. you give the tips when you are satisfied with the work. once the service is finished the braider takes photos of herself. everything was perfect I didn't see any problem with the braid. great was my surprise the next morning she left me a star of her experience requesting a refund of her money. I tried to contact her but she didn't respond. the braider lives in *********, **, we don't work on Sunday, she sacrificed her day off, her energy to satisfy you, and is asking you for a refund without thinking about the efforts made by this *******. She asked her husband, her sister and herself to leave me a bad review. three bad reviews on the same days to destabilize my little business. she added that I deleted her family's reviews, forgetting that I have no control over ****** reviews (no means to delete them) I met different clients but her case is very complicated. thank you very much for contacting me

      I sent all the message and already explained shown everything this lady is unprofessional and devious I did not have my family write her a bad review and because she says that doesnt make it true she is  just trying to avoid that her worker was cruel to me hurt me doing my hair five hours straight laughed when I said it hurts my family has nothing to do with me nor the business she is trying to put the attention on me not on there racism worker and how she is more concern about her business then the costumer service they give when you cant one without the other shes is trying to make me look bad I would like a refund she said she would give me made me show her proof of my hair when I did she said its not enough kept convincing me to go back when I am scared and traumatized to I gave a good tip because of the work done not the quality of work I am a nice person and I do not pay people back with bad

      unfortunately we cannot make a refund because throughout the service process we did not have any problem with it. we have clearly specified the types of models and the length of time taken to create each braid model. you just didn't like the girl who braided your hair because she's dark black, no one can understand an adult will leave her head torn for 5 hours knowing that we were hurting her without complaining all along service on top of that, tip this braider $60 at the end of the service. Its really weird what youre claiming. you want to abuse us because its a black business. once again sorry we cannot provide a refund.

      They refuse to give a refund after i suffered and yes was complaining and the worker was laughing at me said sorry but kept on she was treating me like I do not belong now the owner saying that it is I who didnt like the stylist because shes black its disgusting she would even say that her response to all of this she can refund me shes ask for proof I sent it to her and she then said no she offered the refund when I told her what I went threw she offered me go back for free service when its not free I suffered for my requested service when I shouldnt have felt very uncomfortable and felt like I wasnt allowed get up because she was in a hurry start another client and I was a inconvenience yes after she was done there was another girl who came in for hair service but didnt give proper service and the other girl happen to be black she was talking just fine laughing with her but with me she gave me the cold shoulder never in my life have I experienced anything like this i couldnt bare to wear the hair after five hours of pain and how tight she put it so No it was not worth my time and money and the owner is very unprofessional  this is all very distasteful I suffer yes five hours and paid tip because I do not due whats done to me I had to take the hair out unwilling because it was painful and what do I get nothing but talk down by the owner herself and her telling lies about me to paint me as the wrong one.. I would like my refund that I deserve to get my hair done so where else
