We had our roof redone by Supreme Roofing. I had started the project by looking into 60 roofing companies in the region. By looking at every review on all the review websites, BBB ratings, and taking a look at past works listed on each company's website, narrowed that search down to 6. At this point, everyone pretty much offers the same rood installation technique. Of the six, I narrowed the search down by promptness of replies by each company. Also, by carefully weighing what was said during the conversations I had with the sales people: for example, some of them kept pushing the fact that if they were chosen for the job, I would be supporting a local small business. Which is kind of BS, because all the contractors and workers here are local small businesses, what actually matters is the quality of work and the price point that hits the sweet spot. So I got rid of those that kept pushing BS on me and those with higher than national average pricing. In the end I was left with Supreme Roofing. Steve, the owner, was very straightforward from the start. No BS at any point. Very prompt with responses to questions that I had. And to top it off, gave a much lower quote than everyone else (similar to the national average, which I found to be honest pricing), even for things like replacing plywood incase of water damage. We had to wait 3 weeks for the shingles to arrive, supplies are short due to Covid-19. Steve pulled the necessary permits. Once the shingles were delivered, he had the trash dumpster delivered on the same day (everything included in the quote). Next day, Steve and his crew arrived at 6:30AM~7AM. Prepped the work area by 7:30AM and started pulling shingles off the roof. By 1:30PM all the work was finished on the roof. Afterwards, his crew went around the lawn several times getting rid of all the debris and left it as they found it in the morning. Overall, we are VERY SATISFIED with the work and service provided by Supreme Roofing.
