************** WE ARE SORRY AND SOMEWHAT CONFUSED THAT YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH US.
WE FULLY EXPLAINED YOUR PROBLEM AND IN FACT GIVE YOU PICTURES OF IT WHEN YOU DOUBTED WHAT WE SAID ABOUT THE WELDED TIE ***. WE ONLY CHARGED YOU FOR HALF AN ALIGNMENT AS WE COULD NOT DO THE FRONTS BECAUSE THEY WERE WELDED AND EVEN GAVE YOU A $50 CREDIT FOR YOUR TIME.
YOU HAVE BEEN A VALUED CUSTOMER AND IT UPSETS US THAT YOU ARE NOT HAPPY.
