  I don't think anyone should give him their work. I paid him $1300 for job in my house, brought someone to do it.They messed things up n left. Tried calling several ********** will say he is out of the country,his family member etc it's been over a year.He agreed to give some of my money back. And after that he changed his number so I can't reach him again .Still looking for him

  My Bobcat Construction Horror Story 7/5/2022 I wrote a $4,257.50 check to Bobcat Construction for supplies, parts, and to paint kitchen cabinets, install new light fixtures and the microwave (that we had purchased) and create a duct to vent it outside, after counters were installed by different contractor. They actually showed up to inspect the work site (our home) after 10 PM!7/15 I wrote a $1,300.00 check to Bobcat Construction to actually begin the work, again much later than start time that HE had requested.7/18/2022 I wrote a $4,332.50 personal check to owner ************************* in anticipation of completion of the scope of work agreed to, when he begged for help, claiming his sister in the ****************** was extremely sick and needed his help. He promised to return and finish the work as soon as he returned to the US. We never heard from him again! After a year we finally hired a legitimate contractor to complete his unfinished and shoddy work. We even discovered that the duct he claimed carried the microwave exhaust across the attic crawlspace to vent outside just terminated in our attic - an outright lie!Adding insult to injury, every time they did show up (sometimes sitting in the truck for hours outside our home) owner *********************** urged me to give them a positive review. I've been so stunned by their "performance" that it's taken over a year to be able to write this.

  ****** and the team at Bobcat Construction have come to be a valued extension of my property management business. It is great to have a go to contractor who is responsive an can handle most of the issues that arise in the homes I manage.

  DO NOT HIRE! Bad communication, poor work quality, lied to customer, did not show up on time twice.****** of Bobcat Construction was hired to replace the leaky hose on a gooseneck faucet. He showed up hours later than promised. Instead of replacing the hose, he removed the functioning faucet and replaced it with one that was clearly used, scratched and damaged. He lied, claiming it was an expensive new faucet. It still leaked. He asked us to go to the hardware store and get a part to finish the job ourselves, because he had to go to his next job. When asked to complete the job appropriately, he left the job site unannounced.Three weeks later, he finally returned to finish the job. He arrived 1.5 hours earlier than promised. Thankfully the job was finally finished.
