      I purchased an engine from them on 02/20/2023. Since my car was in the repair shop for almost 4 months, it's been nothing but bearer of bad news that a different piece was either not included in the engine assembly or it came defected or not in good shape at all. I paid $2499.16 just for the engine and had to pay an extra $580 for accessories on this engine. The business made me aware that if anything was to break, they will cover the part only and that I will be responsible to pay for the labor. The only part I was given a refund on was the oil pan to my vehicle. Which they refunded me $300. Currently my car came out of the repair shop with the check engine light on, which has to do with the engine I purchased from them. I have attached the proper documents as to what the check engine light is on for. Also, I have an ERG hose that actually came with the engine assembly and came broken, I have my oil pressure sensor light illuminated on my dashboard. Which to my understanding the sensor needs to be replaced. I also got the engine with a very bad worn-out motor mount. This company failed to honor warrantee after I spent thousands of dollars on this engine never mind the engine replacement. I should be able to at least get a refund on all defected pieces and/or get a replacement piece of all pieces that need attention on my vehicle. I have tried to speak to the business, and they said there was nothing else they could've helped me with when I am actually still within my 6 months of my warrantee. I am just looking for them to work with me on the check engine light issues, the *** hose that came broken on the engine, and the oil pressure sensor as this is not fair to me that I would have to come out of pocket for pieces that are supposed to be covered I assume. I also have a complaint in process with the Auto repair shop that did the engine replacement on my vehicle.
