In July my wife and I ordered wood, doors, and custom windows for our basement project. We had Rick come out and measure our windows out according to our contractor. Rick misunderstood the measurements needed for these windows so when they came they were the wrong size. Upon delivery in September we contacted Boilard's and they said they will re-order them and pick up the wrong windows that they delivered we were told December for these as there was a shortage of supplies due to Covid. We were okay with that. My wife called to follow up in November to see how the windows were coming along. She was told they were not re-ordered because we did not pay the bill. We never received another bill for the windows.They said they sent it via email to my wife but we have no record of that. We paid a $4,000+ bill originally and thought it was the total cost for our of our supplies. Charged a late fee due to not having the bill. On 11/4 we paid $901.65 for the windows as shown on our credit card statement attached. We call again in January and February with no call backs when my wife left messages. Here it is end of February and I called to follow up on the windows on 2/14/22. I call to speak to Rick and they say he will call me back. He called back saying he will need to contact my contractor to get the specific measurements. So this means they never reordered the windows in the first place. Rick tells me the company they originally used is unable to fulfill the order and they will use another company. A week goes by and I call again today and Rick texts me saying he is waiting to hear from my contractor. My contractor messaged him back and I have the proof for it. Rick has yet to call me back and let me know when my windows will be ordered or delivered. I am sick of being strung along. I believe I am owed a full refund and still receive the windows I originally ordered in July of 2021.
