Services:***** came to my house to fix a main issue in my basement main pipe in the bathroom, a couple days later the issue came back, called ***** to take a look, he came and fixed it again, a couple days later the issue came back. He was unprofessional, rude, charged me $3100 dollars and did not fix anything. I want my money back or reimbursement so I can fix my bathroom with another plumber he is not answering calls, emails, text and no way of contacting him at all. He knows I have been saving up to pay him and he didnt even do the job. I have an entire chat full of proof with dates and conversations for further proof if necessary Knowledge:He charged me for 2 other jobs that stated they were the issue yet the water kept leaking from the same exact place. After he was paid in full for a few thousand dollars he did not respond to any of our messages or calls. He said it was a different issue and will need to call his colleagues. The water comes out of the same exact first place we discussed. He is ignoring all of our attempts to reach him.Professionalism:While he provided the service previously he was yelling asking to turn on and off the water never asked kindly or said please or thank you he was demanding me and my mom to help, he knew I had a 7month old baby asleep. I did not agree with his work ethic and professionalism, he was very rude.His work does not have guarantee:***** is not reliable, I asked for partial reimbursement to call another plumber and he wont answer me or my husband. I will take this case further. DO not hire his services they do not have any guarantee.
