Warranty on repairs is valid for:
Six months from date of repair. *Excluding labor only repairs, any repair where the customer was told prior to the repair of no warranty or screen replacements on Galaxy S3, Galaxy S4, Galaxy S5 and Galaxy Note 2/3.
With proof of purchase by Appcessories paper receipt or email confirmation only.
Issues that have not been found and marked by Appcessories technician prior to the repair.
Warranty is not covered and is void if:
Device glass is broken again for any reason. Or there is any evidence of physical damage.
Device has been opened or service by anyone other than an Appcessories technician.
Device has or had water damage after or before the repair.
Device Abandonment:
If you send/ leave your device with us, we will make every attempt to complete the services requested and return it back to you as quickly as possible.
If we are unable to reach you via the email address and/or phone number that you provided to us, after two attempts AND your device or part order remains in our facility for more than 45 days, it will be disposed. We will not be held responsible for any devices or the data on those devices that have been abandoned by the customer.
Please note:
Appcessories does not assume any responsibility for any device left overnight at our kiosk, unless expressed by us to do so. If you leave your device at an Appcessories location overnight you do so at your own risk. Appcessories will not assume any responsibility for any device that is damaged, lost or stolen.
Appcessories does not assume any responsibility for lost data on a repair. If you choose to have a repair done by us, we recommend you back up your device prior to the repair.
Opening up your device may void or limit the scope of Apple's warranty that you may or may not have.
