  Wish I could give MINUS 5 STARS. Worst company for health care I've ever seen. Not going to give up too much info, due to loved one is still currently a client of theirs. But do want to say that if you are searching for home health services, PLEASE LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE!!! This company is truly just out for money, they don't care about the clients, or their own staff actually, just their wallets and their plush lives. There are other services that actually keep the oaths they swear when entering Healthcare to do no harm, patients are the priority. Good luck and God bless. May your journey be blessed!

  Work with Bayadain NJ for almost 10 years. Horrible management,sick and tired of poor scheduling and twisting things around. Company treats nurses so poorly. They pay less than other home health agencies and payroll most of the time with discrepancies (underpaid). Greedy companie.

  The reviews here are incredibly accurate and are many of the same issues I experienced leaving me feeling abused and taken advantage of by a company whos employee's are incapable, rude and inefficient.It is absolutely devastating that a once great company is being destroyed from the inside out from the workers and from the so called managers who do not care whatsoever except for signing a contract of which they can not deliver and has a bunch of delusional self entitled narcissistic people running it into the ground.There needs to be a link on all local advertisering avenues to this page so that the peoples know what the real truth is here. I also feel that the people should begin lawsuits against this company as to weed out riff raff and do what must be done for the greater good!!!

  Not worth even 1 star. Poor scheduling and returning calls are ****. Workers have talked down to me and bullied me. Workers choose to want to sit instead of fulfilling work and talk about other clients. Recently walked in on worker and she was talking on the phone with her EarPod in her ear and didnt see or hear me come into room and she said shes a pain in the a** I could go on and on. Sad thing is no one wants to work anymore is what I keep being told. I wish I was healthy and did not need to be dependent on such help.

  Bayada has to be the worst agency in PA. Their only concern is MONEY. Ive been told the aids cant do errands, dont do light house keeping, can absolutely play on their phones and ignore the patient. They consistently send me young girls who cannot properly care for me and come up with laws that are so ridiculous and not true.

  Their nurses are not fitted with N95 masks so they can treat covid patients. Nursing supervisor told me they dont have to answer my questions as to why. Also told me I am lucky they took me on as a patient. couldnt get a nurse out for my weekly blood draw. Also suppose be open 24/7 but they arent. Wouldnt answer why they are not. Extremely rude and insensitive to patient care. Supervisor was *****. Worst patient care ever and worst customer service.

  Did not show up when pt was ordered, 2 weeks later they sent me a schedule after I got out of the hospital. Then I am an elderly 74 year old nurse myself with asthma and mild copd, they wanted to send me a physical therapist who had a case of severe bronchitis and sinusitis to my home, she couldn't even talk. I fired them on the spot, are they crazy, sending a sick, contagious person to care for an elderly patient? Then when I called to complain about it, they were rude and abusive and hung up on me.

  This place is horrible. They neglected PT care for my love one for a week because they had her insurance mixed up on their end. she just had surgery and they should of had everything in order My love one just had surgery and was required to have PT the next day from getting release from hospital we called them several times and they still did not have it straightened out, my loved one was a high risk for PE and pneumonia and unfortunley my loved one passed away from blood clots and pneumonia that week waiting on them to come out to do PT. They called the following week to come out but it was too late. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! When I called them they were very rude and said they could not speak to me about my loved one. How dare them! I am getting a lawyer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ************

  This is the worst ********************** I have ever encountered and between my husband and I we have had many. I have never felt the need to complain. This particular company served my husband. They would call the night before and say when they would be there then not show up. They would call the next day and want to come when we had plans. The PT never once did anything with him, just showed us what to do. The ** came twice and then called off the rest of the time and they did not send anyone else. Do not EVER use this company horrible, horrible place.

  The truth is, not even worth one star. Their trickle down business model, as evidenced by plenty of lawsuits shows that theyre only after dollars. I dont expect them to be in business that much longer. Incompetent, unreliable, greedy, and, just plain ole liars.
