    Hailey tree did some trimming on our property. After zero communication when requested about when the work would be done, they showed up unannounced, did a terrible job and damaged our property. They then demanded payment same day. When I spoke with them they advised the damage was not their responsibility but acknowledged they caused it. They agreed to coordinate to review the work and find a resolution. That never happens, instead the owner showed up unannounced and entered our back yard to berate my partner whom had never had any communications with them at all. Absolutely terrible customer service and tree service, damaged out trees? Our driveway, and our sidewalk. Highly unprofessional attitude and handling of the work they claim to offer as professional. Do yourself a favor and seek an alternative company.

    I'm beside myself with what this company did to my yard. They were supposed to "trim" some bushes and trees in my front yard. I came home, and both trees had been completely chopped down, and I had NO foliage left. It was a complete hack job. I don't know what their definition of the word "trim" is, but that's definitely not what they did. Not only that, but they came 2wks ahead of when they were scheduled, so no one was even here to verify the work they were doing. I will never hire these people again! $350 for what was probably an hour's worth of work with a chainsaw?! My front yard looks AWFUL And then after myself and my husband posted negative reviews they responded by calling us both stupid, threatened that they would dump everything back in our yard, and posted our address on a public forum. They also lied by saying the bushes and trees were "infested with rats?!" We have a pest control person living in the house. Neither he nor anyone else who lives here has ever seen any rodents in or around the house. If you don't want a bad review, then don't do bad work.

    Absolutely do not recommend, workers making racist remarks to neighbors. Police were called because worker charged at them with chainsaw. Come to find out worker was owner.
