"Nicholson came in for maintenance on a 10 years old gas furnace (first visit, my furnace has been serviced 5 times before by other vendors). They flagged multiple issues and the need for REMOVEDairs to prevent immediate failure (for the 2 stage draft inducer, which was apparently failing because it made a noise upon furnace starting) and to extend the life of the unit, for the other parts." ...
