    I had a small crack in my bumper cover on a new to me car. I sought a local body shop, to paint and install the bumper cover. I spoke with the owner of this shop, we agreed on $450 and 2 weeks time to complete job. The bumper cover is 2 parts, the lower half was cracked. He told me both upper AND lower parts needed to be replaced. Im no expert, I ordered both. I paid extra to have parts delivered pre-primed from the factory, provided install hardware and delivered vehicle with bumper removed. I tracked the order, and called to confirm, told all set ********** states after signature, claims of broke or missing parts not honored). I waited 10 days, before calling. I was told delivery was incomplete. Nobody checked? Or called me for 10 days? Luckily Co. sent replacement. I had owner on conference call to ensure correct parts were ordered& in case I was charged. We agreed on an extra week. I confirmed 2nd delivery. If someone answered my call, they were always oblivious of my car. I finally went to check on it. No wonder. It was parked across the street In an industrial park! With big trucks delivering 24/7. I was just having a small cosmetic defect repaired. My car looked 10x worse, left unattended and unlocked. I was missing items, not their problem. Man approached when am I gonna get paid? can you pay now? I reply, I can pay cash when its done. Im gonna store it safely at home, call me when bumper is painted and ready to install. Weeks past, no call. I stop by, ** told to leave car again. Weeks past, no call. 2.5 months later! I need my car! I said I need all the parts! Going elsewhere! Dollars lost my new bumpers, my grille& my fog lights. I had to pay $150 to repair OLD bumpers! $450 paint&install! I was Quoted $1500 to replace oem parts! So Im out $2500($450 lost new bumpers, $600 repairs, $1.5k forlost oem parts &3mo time&payments for car and insurance wasted! I just want to have my car restored, and the parts paid for. Stolen or lost.

    Rips of their vendors and then posts bad reviews about them becuase they dont want to pay their bills
