      On March 25, 2025, I utilized the valet service at the ********************** in *************, **************. The valet service at the hotel is run by the company VPNE Parking Solutions, located at ************************************************When I picked up the car on March 26, 2025, I noticed that multiple items were missing from the vehicle, including computer laptops, clothing and other items. The dollar amount of the items that were missing was approximately $4000. I notified the Valet Manager and Hotel right away, and also called the ************* police to file a police report (#*******).VPNE Parking Solutions was negligent in their handling of the vehicle - there are no cameras either in front of the hotel, nor in the parking garage the company uses to park vehicles. The garage is also a known target for crime, both according to the ************* police as well as the Valet Parking Manager at VPNE Parking Solution at the **********************. I am requesting that VPNE Parking Solutions pay the $2000 deductible of my ********************* policy.

      VPNE denied *** ******* claim because as is stated on the valet ticket, we are not responsible for items left in vehicle. *** ***** took the vehicle off property the night of the incident, upon returning it to our valet the team performed their nightly lock check on valeted vehicles and the vehicle was locked. 

       

      While we regret any inconvenience *** ***** has experienced, based on the circumstances and information available, VPNE must respectfully deny the request for reimbursement.

      3/23/2025 9:25am EST VPNE parking at **************************** They have a website and parking sign that is intentionally trying to deceive people into paying more. They advertise everywhere that its either paid by hourly rates, no more than $42/day, or $25 per day for weekends. We stayed less than 24 hours (9:59am in; 9:33am out), yet they are charging us $50. We used the Help button and all we had was this rude, unhelpful person. This business is intentionally trying to scam people out of more money by using small print that is not listed in many places to abuse tourists and visitors in the area)! Look at their reviews. Please have them change their deceiving signs and obvious ways to try and scam paying customers by taking advantage of visitors.

      Hello, 

      The rate sign that was included has verbiage which states "new business day begins at 5am." The rates reset every day at 5am. The stay in question started at 9:59am on 3/22 which was a Saturday so the rate was $25 because it was a weekend. This rate only stays $25 until 5am the following day. The parking session ended at 9:33am, Sunday so there was an additional $25 charge for the following day which began at 5am. 

      I apologize for any rudeness that was experienced.

      ****** **** said I would have to take it up with management. I returned to the hospital the next day & spoke with a supervisor on duty who also told me he couldn't do anything & to call the company directly. I have now left TEN messages for the corporate office with no response whatsoever.I want a full refund ASAP.

      VPNE turns over any revenue collected directly to the hospital to their banks, so we are charged with revenue control management, and because the money is not ours,we do get audited by the hospital for accurate collection. Due to the circumstance, we would like to give a full refund of the $21, and our sincere apologies for the way this seems to have been handled.

      Your company is not holding up to what is advertised by you or the hospital ! You are scamming hard working people out of their money ! You offer the option to validate parking then once you arrive to pick up your car your employees say you cant validate it !! When even the management and head office says they are supposed to validate it. I just had two appointments the week prior and they validated my parking no problem now this week you can validate the parking despite me having had my medical bracelet from my appointment and my paperwork ! Both with todays date and appointment times ! Then I got charged for an extra two hours because I was trying to find someone to validate my parking, which took an hour and between walking back and forth on ************* where its littered with addicts and having every different manager I came in contact with tell me that their staff should validate is ridiculous Im scheduled to have surgery next week and this was my pre opp appointments and for this to happen after my doctor said dont stress ! I have to reschedule it now !!! My blood pressure was through the roof ! Not everyone has money lying around ! Its bad enough Im going to be out of work for three weeks now I have to spend what I do have in parking ! I can understand the $8-$10 but **** $25 and thats because I caught it before the minute or it would of been so much more ! This is a scam I will never use this garage again I have used it for years and never had issues other than the scanner not working but this is crazy I watched her validate two white ladies parking ! Who parked there. And went nowhere in *** ! They even said it they went to lunch somewhere I heard the whole conversation !

      This is the Crosstown Garage which is not affiliated with ***. The Garage does offer a validation for BMC patients but parking must be validated within the hospital, not the garage.

      **************on to the parking attendant and she said to call the next day to speak to the manager. She said that he would refund me the money for my weekly stay plus the $16.25 I had to pay to get out of the garage.I have called but the manager is never available. I emailed and ccd corporate, but no one replied. I want my money refunded.I called the WAY site and they said that the parking garage was responsible for reimbursing me for my the money that I was out of for the parking stay and the money to get out of the structure.

      ***********************ck to me once everything done.Today, 1.6.23 I contacted them and asked them if everything was all set and if I will be able to pick up my monthly parking pass. I was told that they would be canceling my account because I should not have been able to buy a parking pass for their ********* asked them if there is a reason why and they said it was because I did not live in the building. I informed him that the site did not say that was a qualification in order to obtain one. I was told that my account will be canceled by the end of this month and that there was nothing that they could do and hung up the phone. I had to call back and ask them since they are going to be taking my money, when will I be able to pick up my pass and was told to pick it up in the afternoon. Since this interaction, my account for **** has been altered stating that I am not an active ****** for **** and there now await list for this garage for a monthly pass.

      Unfortunately we are not always permitted to sell parking to customers that are not tenants of a given building, or if a garage is private. It sounds like this *** have been the case at this location. If you would like to see if there are other locations that *** work for you instead, please visit our monthly parking website.

      **** website shows you all the locations that you are allowed to select from to purchase a monthly parking pass. 
      The ******** selected for most of garages in the area you are allowed to make a monthly parking pass purchase. They are all asked if you want to have a reserve or non reserve monthly pass. When i signed up i selected to have a non reserve parking spot and it allowed me to go through
