  HIDDEN MAINTENANCE ******** service completed for years at McGee. They have always been upfront about the charges that were going to be applied.When I called to make an appointment for an oil change and to have sensors on the vehicle looked at, I was not given notice that there would be any additional fees to look into the sensors. When I dropped the vehicle off at the location, I was not given a summary of the work to be done or any warning of additional costs would be incurred. When we received a call stating what was found, we were then told that we would need to pay for the additional charges of looking at the sensors at which time we disagreed and stated we should have been made aware of the charge when we made the appointment or when the car was brought to the shop. Even after a manager was consulted, there was a fee. I would NOT recommend taking your car for service as you might also have hidden fees charged.

  Bought a 2023 ******* Santa **** from McGee Toyota in ****** Ma found out after i took position of vehicle had a broken tonneau cover which they denied knowing about they were supposed to reimburse me 35 dollars for a sticker i had to put on it's always the check is in the mail terrible place to do business again Buyer Beware i would never go back nor recommend

  Predatory Business. Buyer Beware. Over the weekend, I found a used vehicle I wanted to purchase. I repeatedly told the salesman I was not purchasing through them them & was going to my personal bank on Monday for a loan. He even gave me a printed out the door price to present to my bank. First thing Monday morning, I called the salesman from the bank managers office to get the paperwork started and all the information my bank required, etc. and he said they would NOT sell me the vehicle unless I used THEIR financing. When I said, he knew on Saturday that I was going through my own lender, he casually said, oh, did I forget to mention we wont sell that vehicle unless you finance through **? He repeatedly talked over me and tried to bully me into coming back to the dealership to let them run my numbers when I said I wouldnt use one of their lenders. They lost a guaranteed sale.They are more interested in taking advantage of buyers through financing than selling vehicles.

  One of the worst dealerships in the state in my opinion . Will never shop here again and i absolutely DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone ! I bought a Toyota Highlander XLE in pristine condition from the dealership . After all paper work was done , insurance and plates we went back to pick up the vehicle and i noticed a damage to the passenger quarter side . Obviously the car was damage during prep for deliver work . The vehicle was pre owned and only 2 years old . The McGee salesman insisted the vehicle was damage before i purchased it . I had saved the dealership listing as screenshots but couldn't find it on my phone to show them . I asked the manager to review the pictures in the listing and he went inside to check it only to comeback and say the listing had been deleted . They always keep their sold listings on the website but off course , not the one for my car on that day . I started to feel that maybe i didn't see the damage and felt so embarrassed and took the car home . As soon as i got home 40 miles away i went to look for those pictures on my computer and found them ! I called the ** who refused to do anything about it and when i told him the salesman had lied about the damage being there before he said i was lying ! That the salesman had worked there for years and that he would stand by him and his honesty even though i had the pictures to prove them all wrong . I suggest anyone who want to buy a car there to go online and look up all their negative reviews before making a move .
