WARRANTY:

Contractor warrants to the owner that all materials and equipment furnished under the contract documents will be new unless otherwise specified and that all work will be of good quality and workmanship, free from faults and defects and in conformance with the contract documents. Contractor assumes professional and technical responsibility for performance of the work to be provided within one year following completion of these services, such services fail to meet these aforesaid standards, and owner promptly advises contractor thereof in writing, contractor agrees to re-perform the deficient services without charge to owner up to a maximum amount equivalent to the compensation received for the deficient services rendered. The foregoing constitutes contractors exclusive liability and owner’s exclusive remedy with respect to the work performed hereunder and the owner hereby releases and shall indemnify the contractor from and against all further liability in connection therewith for direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, injury (including death) to owner’s employees, or third parties whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.

We follow manufacturers warranty on all items used.
