    Failed to fulfill order, had to dispute charges to get refund. Online order form stated "on its way" but 6 weeks later, still nothing. Buyers beware.

    We regret that Mr. ******** chose to escalate this issue via chargeback and public complaint rather than simply canceling his order something we would have gladly assisted with at any time. Order Details Mr. ******** placed his order (Order #*****-LFP) on June 13, 2025, for a Professional Grade Wall Mount Flagpole Kit. The product page he ordered from clearly stated the following in bold red text:Product is currently taking 3–6 weeks – please note – this product is slightly delayed” This delay notice was also reinforced in our post-purchase email communications. On June 25, our customer service team confirmed the backorder status and advised that the pole was on about a 4-week delay. We reiterated that once it shipped, tracking information would be provided. Customer Interaction Instead of replying to confirm whether he'd like to wait or cancel, Mr. ******** issued threats of chargebacks while using language like: Shop app is total **** and fraud. His message tone and method of communication made it clear that he preferred confrontation over resolution. Fulfillment Status As of July 30, the product was still within the original 36 week lead time disclosed at the time of purchase. The delay is due to limited production runs on our commercial-grade, American-made hardware. We make every effort to keep customers informed, and Mr. ******** was no exception. He never requested cancellation he filed a chargeback instead. That's not a communication issue, that's a choice. Review Context This complaint is not a reflection of any fraudulent or deceptive conduct, nor was there a failure to fulfill a commitment. Its the result of a customer ignoring the clearly stated delay notice and then choosing a hostile route rather than seeking resolution. For the record, Liberty Flagpoles is not a paying member of the BBB, and we have thousands of verified reviews on ********** from real customers. The BBB, unfortunately, has become a platform that allows negative-only reviews unless businesses pay for their services something we do not support, nor do we see as credible in representing a companys overall reputation. Final Position The customer ordered a product listed as delayed. We responded to every inquiry, provided updated status information, and would have happily honored a cancellation if it had been requested.     Flagpole kit sent not as described, missing flag, plastic trolly instead of aluminum. Seller claims flag sent separately, never received. Difficult getting response followup. Refuses any further support or refund. Absolutely do NOT recommend this seller.

    At Liberty Flagpoles, we strive to uphold high standards in both product quality and customer support. While we regret that Mr. ****** is dissatisfied, his complaint contains a number of inaccuracies which we will address clearly and respectfully below.1. Order and Delivery Details *************** placed his order on April 7, 2025, for our 20ft ******* Sectional Aluminum Flagpole Kit at $329.00, using his email address: ********************** The kit includes: A sectional aluminum flagpole A flag (shipped separately) Standard accessories, including a polycarbonate truck Our order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails were sent promptly. The pole kit was delivered via **** and the flag was shipped separately via ****, which is a standard practice to ensure items arrive safely. **** tracking confirms the flag was delivered to a parcel locker on May 11, 2025, under tracking ID ************************. Material Misunderstanding The Truck *************** insists that our website listed a "cast aluminum truck" while he received a polycarbonate version. Upon review, the listing in question has always stated that the ******* kit includes a polycarbonate (not aluminum) truck, consistent with the product tier. If Mr. ****** expected a fully cast aluminum setup, one of our higher-tier commercial flagpole kits would have been more appropriate.3. Flag Claims Despite multiple email confirmations and a valid tracking number showing successful delivery of the flag, Mr. ****** continues to insist he never received it. We respectfully advised him to contact ****, as once a package is marked delivered to a secure parcel locker, **** considers it complete. We offered this guidance multiple times in good faith.4. Tone and Threats of Escalation We understand that customer frustrations can run high, but Mr. ******* repeated use of inflammatory language and threats (e.g., you are sadly mistaken if you think I am going away quietly) do not reflect a cooperative approach. Our team remained professional throughout, even when responses were met with personal attacks rather than questions.5. Our Policies and Support At checkout, Mr. ****** agreed to our clearly stated shipping and return policy, which outlines: Flags may ship separately Customers are responsible for retrieving packages marked as delivered Return shipping is the customers responsibility unless otherwise stated Despite this, Mr. ****** demanded a full refund without returning any merchandise and refused to engage with **** to recover the separately shipped flag. Final Position Mr.****** received exactly what was ordered and paid for. The flagpole kit was delivered as described, the flag was shipped and tracked to a secure **** locker, and product materials were as advertised. We have fulfilled all obligations under our policies and acted in good faith throughout. For these reasons, we cannot issue a refund or accept a return under these circumstances.     The bottom telescoping locking sleeve broke in 6 months so the flagpole won't stay extented. Liberty flagpoles contacted the manufacturer and they offered for me to order the replacement part and sent a ******* video of how to install it. As someone with substantial injuries there's no way I can get this done as you have to completely disassemble the entire pole. They make it sound like they manufacturer the product themselves with "a lifetime warranty" but neither is true. The warranty is said to only be for 30 days according to the phone receptionist. As a combat vet I thought I was supporting a veteran owned company that was manufacturering their own American made products. They're a middle man store front with a blue falcon owner that has false advertising all over his website. Over $800.00 wasted.

    All of our flags and flagpoles are made in *******. Our return policy is 30 days for a full refund or replacement of damaged products (for non commercial products).The flagpole you bought is made in *******. We work with a manufacturer to create our branded telescoping flagpole to our specifications, under our name. Our warranty provides you with a brand new flagpole if the flagpole itself is bent or damaged. The interior parts are easily replaceable. We clearly state that the warranty only covers the flagpole; therefore, any type of labor charge or internals or other parts would not be included.All of these policies are very clearly listed throughout the website. We have hundreds of orders per month and rarely have any issues at all. The telescoping flagpole you bought is the highest-spec telescoping flagpole on the market. We always try to go above and beyond for our customers, and unfortunately, at times, people still walk away upset. We can absolutely replace the piece inside of your flagpole to ensure it fully locks into place. We provided you with great customer service throughout this, and we tried multiple solutions. Unfortunately, what you are asking for is very far outside of the bounds of our policy, which can be found throughout the website. All of the details can be found either on the product page, the shipping policy page, or the refund policy page. These pages can be found under the main header under the 'About Us' dropdown, which is present on all pages of the website, or in the footer of every single page on the website (beside the cart page, of course). Finally, we are a small business, trying to focus on American-made products that represent the country we love. We are obviously in business to make money, but we have supported boy scouts, multiple military units, schools, charitable causes for military members, and more, through donations of flags, flagpoles, and, of course, dollars. To assume that your one bad interaction is the summation of the character of a person and their commitment to a cause is very shallow. You are personally speaking about someone you have had no interaction with (blue falcon).We would still love to help you find a solution to this issue, so please feel free to stay in touch with our customer care team that you have spoken with multiple times, who answers the phone every time you call, and who has offered multiple solutions to you. They are top-tier in any industry and have handled your frustrations with professionalism. I believe that is a testament to the character of our company. We deeply appreciate your service and sacrifice for this country. We are honored that you chose to purchase from us. I hope we can come to a conclusion on this matter that resolves your issue, and I will be sure to check in and see if we have other potential options to provide you.

    Update. Having had several communications with them and proving to them through photos and a link to their own website showing nowhere did it say limited lifetime warranty they went back and changed it to limited lifetime warranty without agreeing to send me a replacement. They again said we only warranty the pole. Again nowhere in their original description did it say anything outside of lifetime warranty. Even still the locking sleeves are part of the pole. I spoke with my lawyer that went through the website with me and agreed that it didn't state anything other than lifetime warranty. We took screenshots and made copies of what it originally said. I've also got the emails where I sent them that information as well. Instead of owning up to their mistakes and doing the right thing they double down and continue saying condescending BS. Don't need to meet a Blue Falcon to know anyone who runs their business like this is indeed one.

    AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I have never received a $400 Item in the mail that has a note that says if your gold ball is damaged please email us. Then you email them and they still dont replace the gold ball they know is the issue. Deseree says send us a picture and get with the manufacturer. Guess what... That isn't in my job description. Well then contact Roy thats not available. When all I want is the dang ball off the top. UNSATIFACTORY for a $400 Flagpole.

    Below I will share the direct recap from our Sales Manager Roy who was mentioned by the customer. "We are delighted to share the wonderful news that the customer's issue has been fully resolved in a positive manner. Our team worked diligently to address their concerns, and we are thrilled to have achieved a satisfactory outcome for the customer.To recap the issue, customer ordered a flagpole and during shipping one part of the flagpole, gold ball topper, was damaged. Flagpole was ordered 5/24 and delivered 5/31. Customer contacted our call center Friday 7/7 upset no one has replied to his emails regarding the replacement gold ball topper and the call center agent, not finding any calls or emails from customer, escalated the matter to upper management. Management was quick to contact customer via email. On 7/10 we validated the customers issue, we quickly contacted the factory who then mailed a replacement gold ball topper the very next day. I followed up with the customer 7/17 and the customer stated the gold ball topper was received and he appreciated getting the replacement, see attached email. Our customers are very important to us and we strive to work hard to keep customer satisfaction high. When a customer issue does arise, our team is quickly to respond and resolve the issue. "As soon as we had notice of the issue we worked quickly to resolve in a satisfactory outcome for the customer. While no one can claim perfection, these instances are few and far between, and we always work to satisfy the needs of our customer.We want to thank **** for shopping with us and hope that he has had an improved experience with our team. We do want to further note - the issue here was on the gold ball topper, not the flagpole itself and **** was able to get his flagpole installed. We ask for photos of the damage to work with the shipping company on a resolution and generally need proof of the damage.
