    Great sales people, horrible customer service!!!I cancelled my subscription when I was notified that an order was processing, mind you, I believed I cancelled the subscription weeks ago but they let you go through 6-7 new pages to get it ACTUALLY cancelled. Wrote to them 3 times before the order was sent out for delivery, they conveniently ignored those emails until today. Besides that, the first order was 75$ and they jacked the price up to 110$ for the second order which is exactly the same.There is absolutely no customer service and their delivery company doesn't take any liability for Cometeer. Please stay away from their promotions, they trick you into overpaying without having any say or option of cancelling. Horrible. I'm extremely upset about this and judging by the * score on here, there is probably going to be no outreach in terms of this complaint. I hope they get a lawsuit in the coming months/year.

    Unethical business practices. Canceled my subscription days before the order was processed and STILL received a bill. Stay way from these folks

    If you don't cancel by the time it processes they refuse to refund you and are very rude about it in their follow up emails. The order hadn't shipped yet when I initially reached out but they conveniently waited until it switched to shipped to reach back out to me. Lazy. The coffee's good but terrible customer service
