    I have a skin disease that causes severe hair loss. I need to use tape in hair extensions to provide relief from this condition. My long time stylist moved away so I sought out Salon Unique in my hometown of Gloucester, Ma. I met Laura Ingram, a stylist there, and made an appointment for application of hair extensions. My previous stylist always purchased the correct extensions for me but Laura said that I needed to buy online in case an exchange is necessary. I used the same company online that my previous stylist used for years with no issues. I called her right before ordering to have her pick the correct color. After receiving the extensions, I brought them in to show Laura, even though they were the color she suggested, they were too light so Laura said she would dye them before the application. Went in for appointment on February 16th…over the next three days, they all fell out. I called and left several messages but she never returned call. I put a hat on to cover up and put my hair extensions in a bag to go into the salon. She wasn’t there, no one was sure where she was. Another stylist texted her and told her to contact me. She did, apparently out of town at a wedding. So we made an appointment to redo the application free of charge. So on Monday February 21st, she put them back in, assuring me they would stay put. We also talked about how the color was too dark on the dyed extensions and the highlights she did were kind of orange. She put some toner on that. I mentioned to her about the proper technique for hair extensions, that they have to be “sandwiched” together, not just placed on. She assured me that she did this..stuck them back in, some were painfully sticking into my ears..which she tried to move around by ripping them out without removal spray. Looked ok, was thankful my hair loss was covered. Days later, THEY ALL FELL OUT again! Contacted her for a refund. Her response was to call the police I called the owner, no help
