    Grassmaster said they would take good care of our lawn. They did not do anything that they promised. Their services were always late, and they were never accessible to address the problems that they cost. I put a new lawn in at the cost of $15,000 and they ruined it in two seasons. They say that they performed all the services that they said they would. Its simply not true. If they did, my lawn, wouldnt look as It does in need complete replacement. Stay away. They promised the world and do not deliver. When you ask for service, they show up in 2 to 3 weeks. If you asked to speak to somebody that can make a decision they rebuff you and tell you nobody is available. I have put three lawns in from scratch and I have a lot of experience maintaining lawns. I dont think these people even put anything fertilizer or weed control down. I think they just go through the motions and bill as much as they can. I spent $930 on what they said was an infection in my lawn. It simply wasnt true. They said I needed three treatments and only gave me one, but build me for three. I Want my moey back and I want them to pay to repair or replace my lawn. Cost is *********.

    The Grassmaster Plus service was not satisfactory in 2024, for which I had paid in full for the entire year in advance. During the follow-up call, I refused to renew for the next year.The Grassmaster Plus still sends the bill. I am disputing that the service should have been cancelled.

    Grassmaster Plus came to my property and completed work that was not agreed upon by myself or my wife. They completed a core aeration and overseeding in September. Grassmaster has my chemical business for almost 9 years. We agreed last Fall to a one-time core aeration. Grassmaster claims that we signed up for this service "recurring" yet has failed to produce any documentation supporting that and has failed to produce any proof of us agreeing to the service in an on-going manner. They've given us a bill for nearly $900, and have been calling my house to collect. The customer service agent has threatened to send our bill to collections and ruin our credit.
