      The technician arrived on time and was after a few minutes as to what my concerns were began examining the stairlift and proceeded to examine the unit which I have been using since 2015. After examine the components com0leted some adjustments and examined the units batteries, informed me they needed replacement which I agreed to. Very informative employee.

      Technician **** did an outstanding job. He inspected, adjusted, replaced batteries, and cleaned the stair lift unit and rails. He was very professional, polite, and answered all my questions. Will request him for any future service needs.
