    Waited at drive thru to put my order in but nobody greeted me. I said hello but no answer. Pulled up and was told you didnt put your order in at the speaker by employee who said she was the manager. I told her that nobody responded to me at the speaker. She then asked me why I was being rude? She also told me they were busy and I explained that since they had their headsets on, they could have greeted me and told me that theyd be with me soon. She was telling me I wasnt right and she would not give me her managers number. There was a number on the window that I could call but numbers were missing since they were stickers and clearly some were peeled off. She told me to take a picture of it or ****** the number because she had other customers. I did ****** it and I called to file a complaint 2-3 times but I kept getting a voicemail. I left one and nobody called me back. This was truly one of the worst and disrespectful experiences Ive had with customer service. She had nothing on stating what her name was but I do know she claimed she was the manager and she had what sounded like a South America accent. This happened on 11/30/2023 at 9:30am. And I wont be back, ever.
